To put it another way, people with this personality disorder are completely obsessed with their so-called perfection, but the question is whether they can set aside their self-admiration long enough to become preoccupied with someone else.

Narcissists are self-absorbed people who are uninterested in other people. They are the ones who are smitten with the idea of their fabricated reality. In other words, they are obsessed with themselves. So, can a narcissist be obsessed with someone?
