The Importance of a *Healthy* Forgiveness

It’s important to forgive yourself for things you did wrong, as we are not perfect, but only human, and making mistakes is what we do. It’s an inevitable circumstance of our existences.

The first step to forgiving yourself is to honestly assess and acknowledge the wrongs you’ve done and how they have affected others. Try not to judge yourself too harshly.
